In this page you can test if your PC is configured
to receive streaming Windows Media files. If you click
play below you should be able to see the video and
hear the audio.
I can't see the player
Check that Windows
Media Player is installation. If you used Apple
and you haven't installed Windows Media Player, ensure
that you have installed the
flip4mac plugin that will enable you to see Windows
Media streams with QuickTime.
The
video is still but I can hear the audio.
Your connection is probably too slow or
too congested. Check your download capacity of your
connection is at least 40% more than the maximum bitrate
you wish to connect to.
The screen is black
but I can hear the audio
It could be that you video card is not
compatible. Try to disactivate the hardware acceleration
on your video card.
I can see the video
but not hear the audio
If you are a PC user check that all your
audio controls are activated. Check also that the volume
selector in the windows media player is turned up.
The
video stops and does not restart automatically
Click refresh in your browser
or use the i "CTRL R" keyboard combination
to restart the transmission.
The
stream will not play with Windows Vista and Media Player

Check that the protocol and
application that controls this is configured correctly.
To do this go in to control panel, program, default
programs and click "associate file or protocol
with a program". Here you can set the association
of programs with the protocol. Find MMS (URL:mms protocol)
and click change to select Windows Media Player from
the list available.
The
page opens, I can see the player but the screen is black
and the movie doesn't play.
Check that the transmission protocol
settings and streaming proxy is correctly configured
in your player. In windows right click on the player
and select options and select the Network tab. Ensure
that all the transmission protocols are selected.
Below you will see Streaming Proxy Settings: select
MMS e click configure. here you can select, Find
the proxy Server Automatically. Apply the changes
and close the menu.
